One goes from Trás-os-Montes to Minho: the face of the land and the soul of the man changes. What we see now is a serious and sober landscape of plateaus, which the torrents have torn during wintered millenniums in dramatically abrupt declivities, in the heart of the mountains. The rivers Cabril, Corgo and Sabor are open wounds of this bloody body. Rare and fertile valley, in Chaves, Mirandela or Bragança, it opens the oasis on the wavy and withered plains, torn in wide horizons.

The HOUSE OF VINHAIS DE SÁ
was built in 1932, placed in the west hillside of an extensive valley, where the village is implanted. It is situated at about 30m from the main road that connects the city of Mirandela to the city of Bragança. It is on a route that binds this road to the village’s church. It is a privileged situation with easy access to the panoramic view of the village.
